Local retailers are our partners for order fulfillment and they handle returns as well. For the return process and policy, we request you to contact the specific store. It’s important to note that each store may have its own return policy. You can find the store’s contact information in the order confirmation email or on our store’s page.

Refunds are provided in cases where the wrong or damaged product has been delivered. In such instances, the store will arrange for the product to be picked up for return. Stores typically accept returns within 5 days of purchase. Once the product is returned, refunds are processed promptly. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear in your credit card account, as this timeline also depends on the bank.
